Home Features Buyers Consider Essential

According to a recent study conducted by the National Association of Home Builders, the list of essential features for a first-time buyer, though shorter, is very similar to that of repeat buyers. For example, the living room is the most essential feature to a first-time buyer, followed by a laundry room. Those two features are also the top two features for repeat buyers; however, the order of importance is reversed.
